These sturdy square aperture cards are a lovely way to frame a small gift / token to give to the recipient who’s moving home !
The cards are simple, left totally blank, (you can decorate them, if you wish) just a coloured heart with the word home hangs in the card. The heart can be removed and hung in the lucky recipients home.
